Holiday Stress Relief

There is so much happening right now!  What with all the travel, the additional lists and To-Do’s, the extra traffic, all the preparations, scheduled events – and pop-up surprises … oh my!

You’re probably a bit busier than usual – and though I’m sure it’s all fun and exciting – it can also be adding tension and charging energy in your body. So I’ve decided to provide some extra Holiday relief.

Registration begins at 2pm,  and doors close and class begins promptly at 2:30, so please arrive early to settle in.

This is a great opportunity to introduce Tension Releasing Exercises to out-of-town visitors.

And what a great way for the whole family to get in on it!

Children are welcome – TRE will calm them, and help them sleep.

Sunday, Relaxed Sunday

Today is Sunday. Sundays are days that are set aside to recoup, rejuvenate, take time for yourself, catch up on sleep, get a few things done, and rest.

Sunday is an important day for productivity.

If you’re not managing or prioritizing your productivity properly – things get overwhelming for you.

Pause. Sit. Take 5. Close your eyes. Breathe. Be with yourself. Increase your awareness and productivity.
