4 Week Immersion Class

Any event or experience that causes you to react on a psycho-emotional level has a direct and immediate affect at a neuro-physiolocal level for short or extended periods of time. Suppressing or failing to acknowledge these events creates charged emotions that are stored in the body as energy. Continued behavior creates impulsive or separational behaviors and potentially the risk for stress related diseases.

In this series, you will deeply explore your personal trauma time-line; determine your level of traumatic imprint; learn about the importance for properly discharging stored energy to create new emotional pathways and speeding up your recovery time; how this modality for healing restores your Mind Body Spirit to wholeness – and more.   

Please bring your personal journals, mats, blankets, and wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in – each class is a combination of education, self discovery, group discussion, and a group TRE® experience.

Each Month there will be a new discussion topic, each addressing your personal relationship with food and balancing that with your lifestyle.

Healthy choices and proper management while keeping everyone happy can be a challenge at times, especially if one or more of the family members have a disability, medical condition, or food sensitivity. Septembers Workshop is geared toward healthy food options, food preparation, getting the children involved, and how to talk to your kids about healthy food relationships. Each family has a unique dynamic, and customizable strategies will sustain your nutritional needs throughout the school year and beyond.

 

October – Mindful Eating.

Summertime often provokes relaxed thoughts about food choices. It’s a social time, activity time – and food is either negatively judged, or given exemptions. It’s time to get back on track and get your body and food habits winter ready again.

November  Eating and the Holiday Season.

Understanding your emotions and the stories attached to your eating experience during the Holiday Season. How your mood and energy is affected, and developing a personal strategy.
