Sunday, Relaxed Sunday

Today is Sunday. Sundays are days that are set aside to recoup, rejuvenate, take time for yourself, catch up on sleep, get a few things done, and rest.

Sunday is an important day for productivity.

If you’re not managing or prioritizing your productivity properly – things get overwhelming for you.

Pause. Sit. Take 5. Close your eyes. Breathe. Be with yourself. Increase your awareness and productivity.

Sh**t happens. Sometimes life can really suck. People suck.

Rise Above

People come to me because they are indulging in unwanted behaviors around food. The first thing I ask them is Who taught you how to eat this way?

See,  what most people don’t realize is that somewhere along the way they were coping with something. They reached for that one thing that offered them pleasure – or control – in an otherwise sh**ty moment. It’s not your fault.

Now that you recognize you don’t like this part of you – you can change it. But with everything, as you learn something new – patience, support, guidance, exploration, and time are all necessary. So if you are ready to embrace a change, around an unwanted food behavior or habit – contact me. Let’s get curious together.

Bringing focus to your body

As a Health & Wellness Coach I believe in the importance of bringing the Whole Body into Balance.

The Power in knowing if your body is properly absorbing nutrients, if you’re creating healthy red blood cells; in knowing the truth about your current overall health and viability of your immune system, your digestive assilmilation, or the presence of any nutritional deficiencies – is motivating to say the least.

I have partnered with two very important Holistic Nutrition experts and together we will be creating individualized protocols and Nutrition services. Meet my partners Kathy Shuey – Certified Darkfield Microscopist, and Michael Aiken – Holistic Nutritionist.

Bring your Health and Wellness goals into Focus – learn how a Darkfield Microscopic Nutritional Analysis, and consultations with Lisa, Kathy, and Michael will plant you on the path of success.
