The basic Eating Psychology concept is that you digest what you consume. It’s about belief systems and ideology, unwanted behaviors and root causes, soul lessons and journeys. It’s about your individuality.
Some people are ready to step up and say nope, I’m not happy with what’s happening, and I want to change that. This is who I speak to.
For those of you who are ready to go within and make some real life-changing adjustments – Let me give you this first concept …
If you believe that the food on your plate, or in that paper bag, is the best food for you right now based on where you are and what you’re doing – then it is.
If you believe that you’re not worthy of even the best – then you’re not.
And so your body behaves accordingly.
Relationship with Food. It’s a concept. It’s a precept. It’s a choice. It’s a lifestyle. It’s fluid. And It’s important to understand.
As you go about your day and things go up and down – imagine how that’s affecting not only your body, but your health as well.
I vow to never share or sell your personal information. I of all people completely understand how valuable this statement is, having been previously violated myself. I promise – your information is safe with me.
We live in fortunate times where small businesses and creative entrepreneurs like myself have access to platforms like WordPress. WordPress is fabulous in that it does the heavy lifting for me.Wordpress is a very ethical and reputable site, which is why I am here. Because Everyone Deserves A Healthy Relationship with Self
So many people believe they need fixing.
They don’t. There’s nothing wrong at all with who they are. They just need a bit of strength and confidence. How do you do that? Get Curious of course!
Sh**t happens. Sometimes life can really suck. People suck.
People come to me because they are indulging in unwanted behaviors around food. The first thing I ask them is Who taught you how to eat this way?
See, what most people don’t realize is that somewhere along the way they were coping with something. They reached for that one thing that offered them pleasure – or control – in an otherwise sh**ty moment. It’s not your fault.
Now that you recognize you don’t like this part of you – you can change it. But with everything, as you learn something new – patience, support, guidance, exploration, and time are all necessary. So if you are ready to embrace a change, around an unwanted food behavior or habit – contact me. Let’s get curious together.
