2019 Summer Workshop Series

This book was such a success, that Marc David had no choice but to create
The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. I am a graduate of that Institute,
and a Certified Eating Psychology Coach.

This 8 week Breakthrough Program lays the foundation for something special to happen in your metabolic world.

For 8 weeks you will join a specialized group led by me and read the best selling book The Slow Down Diet by Mark David. There will be discussions and planned exercises designed to bring Everyone into their very own Healthy Relationship with Food.

Winter Workshop Series

2018 – 2019 (schedule below description)

Each Month there will be a new discussion topic, each addressing your personal relationship with food and balancing that with your lifestyle.

September – Back to school!

Families can do more than just survive the start of the school year. Healthy choices and proper management while keeping everyone happy can be a challenge at times, especially if one or more of the family members have a disability, medical condition, or food sensitivity. Septembers Workshop is geared toward healthy food options, food preparation, getting the children involved, and how to talk to your kids about healthy food relationships. Each family has a unique dynamic, and customizable strategies will sustain your nutritional needs throughout the school year and beyond.

October – Mindful Eating.

Summertime often provokes relaxed thoughts about food choices. It’s a social time, activity time – and food is either negatively judged, or given exemptions. It’s time to get back on track and get your body and food habits winter ready again.

November  Eating and the Holiday Season.

Understanding your emotions and the stories attached to your eating experience during the Holiday Season. How your mood and energy is affected, and developing a personal strategy.

December – Open Discussions.

As an Eating Psychology Coach I am prepared to answer your questions around food and weight. Because Everyone Deserves A Healthy Relationship with Food.

January It’s Resolution Time!

Diets are designed to fail you. Take charge and sustain your lifestyle with the knowledge of how to best support your health & wellness – Mind, Body, Spirit, Nutrition.

February – Don’t Wait!

Love Your Body, Love Yourself. Putting off Life because you need to look a certain way first will only keep you from reaching your goals. Learn to Love yourself and Live Your Life Now.

March – The Psychology Of Eating.

We will discuss everything you think you know about dieting and weight.

This Workshop is designed to lift the stigma of dieting and how it affects you.

Each class is a blend of lecture and personal work, of group conversation and relative exploration through case studies discussions.
